I am creative. I am inspired and fulfilled by the creative process. "Photographic Art" is one of several creative mediums through which I enjoy expressing my vision of the world. I have been published as a photographic artist, an author and a composer(Theme Song, 1984 Intl.Games For The Disabled).

My images have been displayed and/or sold at Old Westbury Gardens, NY photo exhibit, Fire Island Lighthouse, NY Annual(juried) Art Show (2007 & 2008), St. Ignatius Retreat House, Manhasset, NY, Vineyard 48 Winery, Cutchogue, NY., Corner's Picture Framing, Syosset, NY., Cathedral of the Incarnation, Garden City, NY , St. John's Church, Cold Spring Harbor, NY and Caumsett's Foundation 12th Annual (Art Auction) Benefit. I have served as a judge in juried art competitions sponsored by Plainview Old Bethpage Library and Town of Babylon Citizens Council on the Arts. (BACCA)

Furthermore, my artwork has been accepted for solo artist exhibition at public libraries, banks, shopping centers and community centers throughout Long Island. Some of these venues include libraries in Babylon, Baldwin, Bay Shore-Brightwaters, Bayville, Bethpage, Cold Spring Harbor, Elmont, Garden City, Glen Cove, Great Neck, Hicksville, Huntington, Jericho, Levittown, Locust Valley, Merrick, Mineola, North Bellmore, Northport-East Northport, Peninsula(Lawrence), Plainedge, Plainview- Old Bethpage(a dual artist exhibit), Port Jefferson, Rockville Center, Setauket(Emma S. Clark Library) and Wantagh. Additional Long Island exhibit venues include Adelphi University, Astoria Federal Savings Bank(Massapequa Park & Babylon Village Branches), Broadway Mall, Citibank (Hicksville Branch), Jones Manor Adult Home, Long Island University, CW Post Campus, Doubleday Babcock Senior Center, Sandel Senior Citizen Center, Syosset Woodbury Community Center, Town of Oyster Bay Rotational (juried) Art Exhibit Program (for 2009), Town of Oyster Bay Town Attorney's Office and Westfield Sunrise Mall. Solo artist exhibits of my artwork have been scheduled at most of these venues in 2009-2011.

I am a dedicated gardener and have a passion for vibrant colors and tranquil landscapes. The magnificent landscapes of Long Island have provided me with an abundant source of inspiration. Because my images are extensively edited, they represent creative interpretations of what I see rather than reproductions of what the camera sees. Thus, my images resemble paintings more than photographs. Through my "Photographic Art" process,I have attempted to capture the charm and elegance of Long Island's scenic landscapes in a comprehensive body of work. I am an artist. IF ONLY I COULD PAINT LIKE BEHRENS AND VAN GOGH. IF ONLY I COULD PLAY BASKETBALL LIKE MICHAEL JORDAN AND PLAY GOLF LIKE TIGER WOODS. IF ONLY I COULD. IF ONLY WE ALL COULD.
The available sizes for prints are 8X10($35) and 11X14($50), unframed and unmatted.
